At Sugandhive, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across India. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, it is typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time. After dispatch, delivery usually takes between 2–7 business days depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or courier partner delays.

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Customers may also qualify for free shipping on eligible orders as part of ongoing offers or promotions. Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing customers to monitor the status of their shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of placing an order. Sugandhive shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. In cases where a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If an order is received in a damaged condition or if the package appears to be lost during transit, customers are requested to contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution wherever possible.
